Abstrak
Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN) Negara merupakan lembaga peradilan yang menangani kasus terkait dengan Administratif Negara yang terjadi di Provinsi Bali. Kasus yang masuk ke PTUN Denpasar memiliki tingkat prioritas yang berbeda sesuai dengan jenis kasus yang terjadi. Semakin banyak kasus yang masuk maka PTUN Denpasar membutuhkan proses pengolahan data yang lebih baik. Namun pengelolaan data pada kantor PTUN Denpasar masih dilakukan secara manual. Penyimpanan data masih menggunakan buku laporan yang mencatat tanggal masuk perkara, jenis perkara, nama penggugat, dan nama tergugat ke kantor PTUN Denpasar. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan secara manual masih dirasakan baik, tetapi proses tersebut memerlukan waktu dan sumber daya yang cukup banyak. Dengan pengolahan data yang baik maka dapat meningkatkan kinrja pada PTUN Denpasar. Dibangun pada platform web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Sedangkan untuk database menggunakan MySQL dengan phpMyAdmin dan web server menggunakan Apache pada XAMPP sebagai antarmuka pengolahan datanya. Hasil dari Sistem Informasi Ekskeutif ini dapat digunakan untuk mengolah data yang terdapat pada PTUN Denpasar serta dapat mempermudah kepala PTUN Denpasar selaku eksekutif dalam melihat laporan data perkara masuk, perkara gugur, perkara dicabut, perkara tidak diterima, perkara ditolak, dan perkara diterima dengan mudah dan jelas sehingga mempercepat penentuan keputusan oleh pihak eksekutif. Menampilkan informasi jumlah data dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Membantu mengefesiensikan waktu penyampaian laporan lebih cepat serta serta membantu pihak eksekutif untuk lebih cepat dalam pengambilan keputusan sesuai dengan hasil laporan yang ada. Hasil dari pengujian seluruh fungsi yang ada di dalam sistem telah berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, dimana pengujian menggunakan black box testing telah berhasil membangun sistem informasi eksekutif register perkara induk gugatan pada PTUN Denpasar.

Abstract
Administrative Court of Denpasar is a judicial institution that handles cases related to the State Administrative that occurred in Bali Province. The case that goes to Administrative Court of Denpasar has different priority level according to the type of case that happened. The more cases that enter the Administrative Court of Denpasar requires a better data processing However, data management at Administrative Court of Denpasar office is still done manually. Data storage still uses a report book that records the date of entry of the case, the type of matter, the plaintiff's name, and the defendant's name to the Administrative Court of Denpasar office. Manually performed data processing is still good, but the process requires considerable time and resources. With good data processing then can improve the performance at Administrative Court of Denpasar.Built on a web platform using the PHP programming language. As for the database using MySQL with phpMyAdmin and web server using Apache on XAMPP as its data processing interface. The result of this Executive Information System can be used to process the data contained in Administrative Court of Denpasar as well as to facilitate the head of Administrative Court of Denpasar as the executive in viewing the report of the case data, the case is dropped, the case is revoked, the case is not accepted, the case is rejected, and the case is accepted easily clear so as to accelerate decision making by the executive. Displays information on the amount of data in the form of tables and graphs. Helps to speed up reporting time faster and helps executives to more quickly make decisions based on existing reports. The results of testing that has been running as expected, where testing using black box testing has been successfully built executive information sistem of Register Perkara Induk Gugatan at Administrative Court of Denpasar.
