IMPLEMENTATION OF BAYESIAN CLASSIFICATION ALGORITHM
FOR DETERMINING THE LAND USE

ABSTRACT
The Land Affairs Office is part of the Gianyar Regent's Office under the Economic and Development Assistant. The main duties and functions of the institution are to conduct data collection, management, utilization and land certification of Gianyar regency government assets. However, in carrying out tasks in determining the use of land by officers most still use the intuition of the officers without much use of data. As a result, many ineffective land uses As is the case today, there are some asset utilization that are not working properly and can not be fully functionalized. Inadequate function of land utilization is due to location or position that is less strategic and far from some supporting factors. So, in this thesis to design and implementation of land utilization classification system using bayesian clasification algorithm. The classification model is built using training data from the history data in the city land office of Gianyar. This program is designed using Data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams and implemented in basik.net visual programming language with microsoft sqlserver database. Testing the program done in black box testing and also testing the accuracy of the system by using data testing. The test results of black box testing system built is in accordance with the system design and has been running well, testing with data testing gives accuracy of 78.72%.
